Founded in 1994 under the original name Emerald Flooring, Professional Flooring Contractors has grown into one of south Florida's most trusted commercial flooring companies — built on precision work, honest schedules, and repeat business from contractors and architects who know us best.
Our Story
Our Story
PFC was founded in 1994 under the original name of Emerald Flooring by two journeyman floor layers who believed commercial flooring deserved the same level of craftsmanship and accountability that general contractors expected from every other trade. Starting with a single crew and a pickup truck, we took on school renovations and small medical offices — and delivered every one on time.
Three decades later, we operate multiple crews across the region, maintain a 10,000 sq ft material warehouse, and have installed flooring in some of the most demanding environments in the region — from Level 1 trauma centers to Fortune 500 headquarters and everything in between. The commitment hasn't changed: show up, do the work right, and get it done on time.
